Shrimp gait analysis 101
Based on the film shown below we demonstrate a typical gait analysis in the sagital plane, where there are a few parameters to observe:
1) Heel contact – Timing Initial contact; duration
2) Midstance – from initial forefoot contact to initial heel lift
3) propulsion – from initial heel lift to toe off
I wonder if you can see the typical functional hallux limitus on the left ‘leg’, 3rd from the back. Also important to mention is the ‘floating’ fase when starting to run

PHENOMENON JEŠTĚD
When I first visited Katerina’s hometown Liberec, my first glimps on the mountains surrounding the city and especially the skyline to the east was one that I would never forget. The hotel and transmitter on the mountaintop jested is an historical building with a rich history designed by Karel Hubáček. Whenever you have the chance to visit the Czech Republik, this region is definitely one to see!

It’s a bird, NOO, it’s a plane
One of the good things that came from freezing my fingers off, trying to receive Czech TV by installing our satellite dish, is that i have a REAL sports Channel. Zappin’ through the channels, i saw Dwight Howard dressed like Superman in THE all star slam dunk contest. The real video isn’t available on YouTube due to a copyright claim by National Basketball Association. BUT no tears, in the next video he prepares for his ALL STAR 2008 Dunk contest victory! All you have to do is imagine the red cape and blue shirt

The house is filled with laughter. Our czech roots are spiced up again with speedy czech conversations shooting from the kitchen to the livingroom. Nothing feels better than knowing that family is close, and everything we do is nice, because we’re doing it together. Perhaps one of these days we get some great schnitsels with potato salad!!! Probably my absolute favourite, and although my czech isn’t that great, we understand each other when it comes down to GOOD FOOD
