My runnin’mojo: week 1 part1
Weather: Dry – 28°C
Start 16h50 – 17h35
Gear: shorts; shirt and New balance 1061 OG and Podiatric insoles…(home recepy!)
tunes: DJ Beatsmith from Podrunner.com – freeway to 10K level 1 week 1
Notes:
This run was a warm up: 5min.; a 4 minute fast segment and 2 minute recovery (these are repeated 5 times) end with 3 min cool down.
Everthing went smooth up to the 5th fast segment, had to start walking up to the last 2 minute recovery…
Hope to redo this in about 2 days…
Note to myself… DRINK MORE …WATER!
Ice Age III is coming out soon
Since my son Mattias is in the Dinosaur stage, The next Ice Age Movie is going to be a bulls’eye!
Already looking out to our Dinosaur Live show.
I passed my second pair of MSc Modules!
JIIIIHAAAAAAAAA!
I couldn’t get better news today then from my favourite MSc programme leader Gloria.
Just to let you know that you have passed your current developments and tissue viability modules. You should be able to access the results on the QMU website. I will be in touch to discuss your next stage.
Well done!
Gloria
Now I have to start to figure out what i’m going to do next… 90 down, 30 more credits to go plus the project hurdle! But before all that…he rested…and thus so will I!
Gonna try to get back on track
I’ve been neglecting my blog, but now that everything is cooling down a bit and the summer is knockin’ on the door I’m gettin’ back in the groove with the new Song of Bob and my main group aka The Sugar Hill Gang!
Again, for all the students out there: Hit the books and get in the groove with the LALA song
