Atlanta Final Call
A bit dazed, jet lagged and feelin’ funny as usual
The flight home was OK – slept from 2 seconds after take off, but was rollin’ and turing on my way to small seats… for the complete flight.
The PFOLA conference was as usual superb, and again we took some time to check out the City.
A Braves game, a walk through the Georgia Aquarium, and a few beers.




Tnx to my main man PJ and MzMitchel for the lovely time ‘n talks. Amazing what a difference a local can make…

Steaks, beer and rock n roll
A smooth 10 hour flight zipped us to Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta International airport.
It took us double the time, I need to get from my home to Ghent, to get from the plane to the exit of the airport. No less then 5 security checkpoints, 5 stops on the airport train, and some searching for our luggage later we managed to get a cab to downtown Atlanta.
A quick check-in, and 20 min. later we hooked up with André, the hotel concierge who pointed us to a great steak house and the local Hooters pub. All of a sudden, the upcomming sleepdeficit was gone…
